A high fibre green smoothie
Great straight from a glass or as a smoothie bowl if you prefer to add toppings (the more toppings the better for us). High in antioxidants, fibre and vitamins and minerals, this green powerhouse is brimming with goodness and is a great choice for breakfast or as a post-workout refuel. Start your day right with our glorious greens smoothie.
Method
Add all ingredients to your blender and blitz together.
Top Tip: let the frozen ingredients thaw slightly before whizzing up to protect your blender
Either pour into 2 medium-sized glasses or take on the go in an airtight glass bottle.
If you're making a smoothie bowl, finish by adding your favourite toppings. We like granola, fresh mint leaves, pumpkin seeds and a slice of lime on ours!
